Consent is optional and specific.
Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a product, obtaining a loan, creating an account, or using unrelated services. Consent to service or transactional messages does not constitute consent to marketing messages.
1. Messaging programs
OriginatorOS service messages: OriginatorOS Technologies LLC may send account alerts, security notices, support responses, appointment reminders, onboarding messages, and other messages related to your use of OriginatorOS.
Customer communications: Mortgage companies, loan officers, and other businesses using OriginatorOS may send individual conversations, appointment reminders, application or loan updates, transaction information, and other messages under their own brand. The business identified in the message is the sender and is responsible for its message content and consent practices.
Marketing messages: Promotional texts may be sent only when you provide separate, express consent for marketing from the specifically identified business.
2. How consent may be provided
Depending on the sender and program, you may opt in through a clearly disclosed website or lead form, an application, a separate in-app control, a written agreement, a documented verbal request, or an advertised opt-in keyword. The disclosure presented when you opt in identifies the sender, program, expected content, and originating telephone number. Consent applies only to the sender and messaging purpose described at that time and is not transferable.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, account activity, transaction status, and the programs you select. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for plan details.
4. Stop messages and get help
Reply STOP to cancel. You may also use other supported opt-out keywords communicated by the sender. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or email support@originatoros.ai. Opting out of one sender or program does not automatically opt you out of a different sender or separately authorized program.
5. Delivery and eligibility
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, carrier, coverage, or other factors. You must be the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and promptly notify the sender if that number changes.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Sender-specific terms
A business using OriginatorOS may provide additional disclosures for its own messaging program. If those disclosures conflict with this page regarding the sender, purpose, frequency, or opt-in method, the more specific disclosure controls for that program.
