2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, business contact information, company, job role, account credentials, communications, support requests, demo requests, and preferences. Customers using OriginatorOS may also enter information about their contacts, borrowers, referral partners, transactions, tasks, and communications.
We may automatically collect device, browser, log, usage, approximate location, cookie, and diagnostic information. Connected services may provide information according to the permissions you authorize.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve OriginatorOS; authenticate users; process requests; deliver communications; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; and understand product performance. We may use de-identified or aggregated information that does not reasonably identify an individual.
4. Customer-controlled data
Mortgage companies and other customers control the personal information they place in OriginatorOS. When we process that information for a customer, the customer is responsible for providing required notices, establishing a lawful basis, obtaining necessary permissions, and honoring consumer rights. Requests concerning information submitted by a customer should generally be directed to that customer.
5. SMS and mobile information
We use mobile numbers and messaging information to provide communications requested or authorized by recipients, such as individual conversations, appointment reminders, loan or transaction updates, account alerts, service notifications, and marketing messages where separate marketing consent has been provided.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with vendors that help us provide messaging and related support, solely as necessary to perform those services and subject to appropriate restrictions. All other data-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers working on our behalf; to a customer that controls the relevant account or record; to professional advisers; in connection with a business transaction; to protect rights, security, and integrity; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Data security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information we control by emailing support@originatoros.ai. We may need to verify your identity. Rights vary by location and some information may be exempt. You may opt out of marketing email using its unsubscribe link and opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
9. Children
OriginatorOS is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel.
